Residency requirements
Deserama Mobile Home Community welcomes residents ages 55 or older. To make your home purchase and move in as smooth as possible, Deserama management will conduct a credit and background check and verify your age.
If you are purchasing a home, the rent must be current and should be negotiated by the seller and buyer prior to moving into the community. Owners will only accept offers from potential buyers who meet Deserama residency eligibility criteria. Please complete and sign the following application documents along with a check for background check processing, and then make an appointment with the manager at the phone number and address below.

Please make checks out to Deserama Mobile Home Community:
- $45 per U.S. citizen
- $90 per Canadian (or other foreign) citizen
Please note: All payments must be made in U.S. funds only; all non-U.S. funds checks will be returned.
