Rates are based on one RV, one passenger vehicle, and double occupancy unless otherwise noted. All sites include concrete pad and rates include trash. Rates do not reflect rent taxes, metered utilities (i.e., water, sewer, and electric), or utility tax. Rates are effective Decemeber 1, 2009 through December 31, 2010, and are subject to change without notice.
